What is the greatest point of this mask's design would be it won't make itchy your back ear skin. You are going to make mask's strings itself as well with the fabric as same as the mask's parts.
We are going to make this face mask. This is maybe a brain stimulation. Enjoy it!
Get tools like the above, find them in your home.
- a piece of small paper (the size is about 16cm x 20cm )
- a ruler (cm) (not inch)
- a pencil & an eraser
- a colour pen 0.5mm (or sharper than o.5 mm) what so ever your favourite colour but that is not as same as your pencil colour. However, a highlight marker could be nice.
- a scissor for cutting paper
- a push pin or (how do you call that red one above in the photo?)
- cardboard, magazine or etc ( I recommend you to put one magazine or something under the paper you work on) to protect your table from pinholes.
Are you ready? Let's get started!
All every numerical number is based on cm
- Orange colour -STRAIGHT LINE
- Yellow colour -CURVED LINE
- ∟ -RIGHT ANGL
Put your magazine, cardboard or else under the paper when you use the pushpin. Do not harm your table!
Make the symmetry line with the pinholes.
At the beginning of the 0.5cm length, make the right angle, then draw the line smoothly and connect to 0.7 cm length right angle line. Make that curved line smooth.
You are almost there! Do not give up!
Take a colour pen or a highlight marker. And again draw on the line to make sure the outline you need.
So, finally, let's cut the pattern out!
This is what we need as the paper pattern.
(All 0.7 cm width seam allowance)

Start from the 1.2 cm dart!
Close the dart first, then cut it.
Have you done everything?
Next time, we are going to cut out the fabric. Prepare no-stretch textile. If you have your old garment which anymore useless, that's ideal. cotton or silk would be nice for your face. You need the fabric as 4 pieces of this pattern size + 25cm square (for 2 pipes).
