I am lunching now.

I love eggplants and paplicas for BBQ. This repeats quite often this Summer.

I cooked some paplicas

I steamed some paplicas stuffed with meat in a pan for my lunch. I had them with a BBQ source.  

It's so good! Try cook it for your family! 

Strawberry milk jerry

 I cooked a strawberry milk jerry.

I wanted to make it more milky. This is also OK though.

Firefly squid pasta

 Firefly squid and spinach pasta is my lunch today. I cooked it.

It was so good! I will cook it again.

How to cook do you know?

Row egg and add soy source.

Mix some rice in it.

Row egg is good for eyes.

Try it, if you like. In Japan, eggs are normally fresh and clean. This is one of the most traditional domestic rice somewhat Japanese love this food.

Have you ever eaten フグ fish?

 Have you ever eaten Fugu -fish? It is a kind of fish, which has poison. Maybe, only Japanese has a skill to cook safely. 

The texture is almost as same as a chicken. The best season is winter. Try once if you haven't yet tried it.

お餅 （おもち）

I have been buying rice from a domestic rice maker in Tsunanmachi of Niigata- ken which is my personal connection. The maker gave me おもち. Tsunanmachi is the deepest snow town. Natural water in this area is clean, which is generated by only rain and snow. It is a beautiful natural environment. 

I am going to eat on the 1st of new year day.  I can't wait to cook it.

酒粕 toast

 This is the typical Japanese food, Sakekasu (酒粕). The rest of Sake wine. It is used to be rice. 

This contains alcohol about 2-5%. I get drunk when eat it straight away. I did toast it to reduce the alcohol. This food become a kind of snacks.

The nutrition of Sakekasu is so good! Eat a little every day for a month. You will understand that your body condition's change. Try it!!  

こうしゅうひゃくめ it's a large size of kaki fruits

 こうしゅうひゃくめ　甲州百目 This type is huge!

I love Kaki fruits. Found it in a supermarket yesterday. 

It looks a normal size Kaki.

Look at this! It is huge! It is a double size of usual one. 

Peeled and cut it to 8 pieces. It is still huge!

Kaki fruit's season is usually short but this year is longer than usual. It is maybe because warm winter this year. I can enjoy Kaki for more while.

I will cook Mushroom Pasta in a few days.

I have been reducing to eat animals which have four legs and chickens too. But I can not quit eggs.

I watched cooking attractive mushroom pasta on YouTube. All ingredients for this recipe is regular and not expensive. I want to try this recipe!!

Today's lunch

How are you doing?

 Last evening, I found these corns at the MarkIs Minatomirai. Boiled one of them now and this is my lunch today.

It is a nice Summer day. What are you going to do? 

According to the world news, the US president and Pu〇in are scheduled to have a meeting today. It's so scary! I am going to check the news intermittently.

あんこもち Ankomochi

 A small mochi which is covered with あんこ (Anko). 

This box attracted me among a lot of similarities in the food market.  

It is delicious! This is what I expected.

By the way, my cat particularly loves katsuo fish, osashimi. He asks me several times a day. It is just like a child wants an ice cream. I eat a half of the raw fish block and my cat eats another half in 3 days usually. When it were Katsuo, which disappear in 2 days!

By the way,

I want to visit 伊勢神宮 someday. People say, there is the Japanese national's origin. You may feel Japan's ancient time. If you want to see the Japanese culture's origin, I recommend to go to Kyoto. If you want to know the basics I will recommend visiting 伊勢 or奈良 (Ise or Nara).

 It is the best weather in a recent. 

In this afternoon, I cooked this...

This is made of an egg, milk, sugar, butter and bread.

But unfortunately, I did not have honey at then.

I know it looks bad but was tasty. I do not tell you what this is. I can hear you are laughing now.

By the way, the citizens have a vote on July of 20th. I have been studying about the candidates. I have not decided anyone yet.
