I like living near a sea.

Housing in this location with owning a boat to go to the sea that would be wonderful! It is able in Setonaikai between Okayama- ken and Hiroshima- ken.

I had 4th grade boat licence 29 years ago. I went to the school for 2 weeks and get a paper test and a driving test. I miss driving a boat.

The house which has a SHOES ON space

 There is a large space for shoes on inside the house. And it can separate between on/off shoes with roll curtains.  That's good.

The German architect, Karl Bengs

 This is his house. It was an empty old house and  renovated by his design plan. First I saw this on the screen, fell in love. German thoughts and an old Japanese traditional architecture are amazingly harmonised.

I dreamed once to live near this area. It is too much snow every winter like it get depth 3-4m. I do not know now.

It would be plenty affordable for foreign retired family.

If the universal basic income became real...

I may build a house it would be a little, a hand made.

Start vegetation and rice planting.

Have 2 or 3 dogs and Allan, my cat.

I will engage another 4 or 5 people as a big family? group? But each person has a little house in the same company property. Meal time, vegetation, rice planting together. Go fishing together.

I will make their wears.

Biotechnology toilet Yui

’バイオトイレ結’

Biotechnology toilet will be a future eco- toilet system. This future toilet is water flash style and nothing different from current types when you use it. But after you flashed papers, urinate, or poop they go to a tank and fungus disassemble them.

This fungus is especially unique, which disassemble papers, poops and even radioactivity! Those all become transparent liquid (looks like just water) and it smell nothing. Dilute it with waterand spread in a farm, which helps to grow vegetables. You will crop healthy big fresh ones.

The supplier is not a company. The fungus is made by Japanese ancestor's study and knowledge. Only people know how to handle it. Recently, users number rising in Japan because young people want to use it in the mountain life. This toilet system can be nicest to the nature and humans gain benefit.

I want to learn how to use the fungus when bought my house.

Living like an Eco- village style in Japan will be getting more usual since 2026, People who have special ability say. They connect to the existence in the universe. There are uncountable planets in the sky space and seem to contact from their planet. I want to have a connection with other planet's existence too!! Those species predict about economic crisis and the geographic shape changes on the earth.

Although rich people could be OK, others can not survive with their small money.

First of all, Roof, free water, free food are essential, if start the eco- life.

So, I want to have a house like the Geoship! Unfortunately, this is American made,  I wish I were the US citizen.

The inside 1.

The inside 2.
What a cool looking.is! I am dreaming to live like this.

By the way, I had a dream this morning. I was riding on a cow!? in the dream. Perhaps it becomes real someday.

Thank you for coming tonight too. Good night, x

Where do you live, after your retirement? If it were the smallest community.

Have you ever considered where you will live after retirement? You do not have to work, so you can choose your favourite place anywhere.

 During the pandemic, I have considered it once seriously. Found one very small village ( not more than 100 houses in the area) in Niigata-ken. The community officially gave me one day of experience in the village. There were clear pros and cons. This is from my personal view and it is on just one example.

1. Communications;

People who live in the district are like one big family. They support each other pretty closely and often have parties or festivals.  Sustains life environment which by themselves.

Removing snow- blocks from the roof. Cooking Omochi (おもち)every end of the year. Summer dance party(盆踊り).  Cleaning roads in common areas like a mountain or a valley. Helping rice garden (plant and crop). Maybe, there are more.

You won't be isolated, but on the other hand, no attendance could destroy the communication between you and others.

2. Limited resources;

It is highly likely one supermarket in a long distance. That's it. Or Less. You must have a car.

Ama?on would help you a lot.

When you have to get to hospitals or clinics, it will take a whole day. (have to drive to the city centre)

3. Wild natural environment;

Stunning views and clean air. Wild animals are cute and sometimes funny. Bears, deer, racoons, and wild boars crossing roads.

Streetlights are often very few, and you may feel it is spooky at night. Or, do you like camping? You will love it! It is absolutely quiet and pitch black darkness nights. You can get firewoods as much as you want.

Rice gardens

The village (Sea level 500M)

Dry the vegetables in the sun to stock during the winter season.

The view is like a fairy tale, a lovely place.

In conclusion, it may be tough for me. If I were in my 20s or 30s, I could learn the joy of country life.

My back home in Hyogo- ken? Well, I think, scrap it once and a new small house would be great, if it is possible. Or, selling it and buying a cosy flat is also a great idea. I am not sure yet. If the future husband has a house, I will just move in.
