Japan's new year's card winning lottery 2020

Only one of new year's greeting postcard I received this year hit the win! That was the smallest reward but feels good to me. 3 of 100 postcards has this win. What I get is see below.

2 kinds of stamps 63yen & 84yen. Can use as usual stamps.

You just show the winning number of the postcard to the staff at Japan's post office (anywhere OK), then you will be given. It will end by 20th July this year.
