酒粕 toast

 This is the typical Japanese food, Sakekasu (酒粕). The rest of Sake wine. It is used to be rice. 

This contains alcohol about 2-5%. I get drunk when eat it straight away. I did toast it to reduce the alcohol. This food become a kind of snacks.

The nutrition of Sakekasu is so good! Eat a little every day for a month. You will understand that your body condition's change. Try it!!
