Spending too much money on the religion which is not traditional or not well known by the people could be concerning. The trustable religion won't ask big donations to one ordinary, I think. And I would postpone to start living together.
In the case of the religion is an authentic one, and if he persuade me to join it? This decision could be as same as marry to him or not. How does his religion influence to his behaviour I will monitor while living together.
I believe in gods, incarnation, and my soul (spirit?) exists after my death. One of my ex boyfriends and me argued about the incarnation one day. I decided the separation after the argument.
