5. Becoming the best friend with the partner. The relationship could be lasting long. My surroundings say so. I agree with this. Finding the best buddy maybe the key for your peace relationship, if you can not meet the one as the fate (immediate connection). The fate is also as good as the best friend, I think.
Some say, "Love is blind." That means, your eyes try to not look at her (his) unacceptable behaviour when you are falling in love. You skip (over look) what you have seen the real her (him). It causes of the separation very much likely when you getting back to the reality. I have some regrets in my past experiences.
Additionally, somebody says, "The marriage and just living together are different." To me, living together is imaginable. But the marriage seems to need unconditional love and the patience and it involves relative families. My younger sister divorced 7 years ago. The marriage time was less than 3 years. It was shocking and tired for both families. Then, I have recognised the marriage is not just partnership. My sister gets back her life and has been good since then, fortunately.
I wonder when I meet the one...
