Since the beginning of this year, I have set the food budget. 1200-1300yen per day. Roughly achievable. Snacks are included in the budget, but teas, rice, Soy sauce, Miso paste, etc., are out of it.
Changing the snack to a sweet potato or a pumpkin is healthier and, cheaper. 🤔 And I love cooking custard puddings, which is also good.
I believed that my skirt's waist had stretched. Actually, my waist size become smaller! I measured mine. It is -6cm!!🤭 My face's shape got smaller too! Yeah!!
Last year was insane. I overate, it was more than enough. It is happy though, I got a food coma every day.
But I miss those days when I am hungry.
