These are 米ナス （べいなす）。It's a huge curvy eggplant. I found in a supermarket tonight. The Beinasu has some thorns with the green part, which are sharp and hard. It's almost as same as rose flours has. I had get it on my finger and cried when I was 19 years old. It's seriously hard and never forget still now. Personally think it needs notification when it at a sale shelf. Don't get injure when touch this green area of Beinasu.
