Cats normally do not like rain. Their coat gets wet. My cat too often checks the weather from window. He needs to go out to pee. He dashed out in the rain in the moment he has made decision. It is a bit funny. Somewhat his coat does not wet when returned from rainy outside. 2 pieces of tissues are enough to dry up his coat. Surprisingly his legs and hands are not muddy! Maybe cleverly walk on rocks or dry space.
He is sleeping in his bed now. He is my buddy.
