Do you like a boiled egg?

 I used to like a sunny side egg till I get to know how to cook a boiled egg.

This is the easiest way to boil an egg. I recommend you to try this! I gonna to lecture it tonight.

1. A small pot with the lid

2.  Put Eggs you want into the pot and pour water 1cm depth

3. Close the pot with the lid perfectly. And boil it with medium flame for 4 minutes. Do not open the lid while the 4 minutes! 

4. Turn off the cooker and leave it for 5 minutes. Do not open the lid during the time.

5.After the 5 minutes, quickly pick the eggs out and take them into a cold water. About 10-15 minutes later you can remove the shell easily.

The yolk is not runny it is soft but not hard. I pretty often cook this way. It takes only 20 minutes. Try it!
