My grand mother, she is my father's mom and was from Hinase- cho of Okayama- ken. Hinase is a seaside town you will find easily the seafood's shops or restaurants.
My grandma was born between 1868- 1912. She said, later in this 44years, I remember. If she was alive now, she would older than age 113. She past away when I was 18 years old.
The grandma loved sea fish and cooked for our family. She had a skill of fish dissection. I used to watch her worked on it in the kitchen in my childhood frequently. It was not for learning, was just for my curiosity what is inside of the fish. I scared of it, but was gazing it.
You may have thought the wrong title for my talk. You will know it now.
She cooked sometimes fish for our dinner (my mom had full time job) and just after the cook, the grandma cut an apple for the desert. 😰 The apple became a raw fish smell!
I could not tell this significant fact to my grandma. Because, I did not want to make her disappointed.
This is one of loving memories about her.
