Unwanted, unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 28 days of your receipt of them.
- If an item does not fit, please return it before it is worn outside. We can not exchange items that are no longer in a resaleable condition (e.g. products that are soiled with dirt/ animal/ hair/etc, smell, or have been washed/ treated/ brushed after purchase). We will review and advise you of your eligibility for a refund.
- You will receive a refund for only the cost of item(s) returned. This does not include the cost of the returns postage which you are liable for.
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?
- If you discover the damage subsequent to delivery has taken place, please arrange for the goods to be returned as soon as possible for our inspection. We will process your return.
